How do I know if we might be a good fit?
A consultation gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You’ll have space to ask questions, too.Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. We can start with what feels most present and make sense of the rest as we go. -
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Pasadena and virtual sessions for clients located in California and Texas.What kinds of concerns do you work with?
I work with adults around eating disorders, body image and food concerns, trauma, perfectionism, self-worth, intrusive thoughts, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I also offer couples therapy.What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged the full session fee. -
What are your fees?
Individual therapy sessions are $250 and couples therapy sessions are $275.Do you take insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.Do you offer reduced-fee sessions?
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to ask about current availability.
