Clinical Supervision + Consultation

A place to think more deeply about the work.

Clinical work can be complex, especially when trauma, eating concerns, identity, relationships, and the nervous system are all part of the picture.

Supervision and consultation offer space to slow things down, think together, and make sense of what is happening in the room—with your client, within the therapeutic relationship, and in your own experience as a clinician.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

There are moments in this work when a treatment plan isn’t the whole answer.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck with a client. Maybe something in the therapeutic relationship keeps pulling your attention. Maybe you’re trying to integrate a new modality without losing your own clinical voice. Or maybe you simply want a place to think more expansively about the work you’re already doing.

My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, relational, and curious. We can look at clinical questions while also paying attention to context, power, identity, countertransference, the body, and the larger systems affecting both therapist and client.

Supervision may be a good fit if you’re looking for support with:

Trauma + complex trauma

Eating disorders + body image

Somatic work

EMDR integration

Parts-oriented approaches

Relational dynamics

Countertransference

Therapist identity

Boundaries + burnout

Weight-inclusive care

Clinical thinking matters. So does the relationship.

Supervision can include case conceptualization, treatment planning, relational dynamics, countertransference, ethical questions, professional identity, and the realities of being a therapist.

You can also bring the parts you feel unsure about, like the session you keep replaying in your head, the intervention you fear fell flat, or the client dynamic you can’t quite make sense of.

I offer ongoing supervision for pre-licensed therapists, as well as one-time consultation sessions, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for.
